Core competency — web configurators
We build powerful technical web configurators that speed up quoting and raise win rates: feasibility is checked while options are being selected, and every configuration turns into a professional quote within minutes.
The difference
The old way
Enquiries arrive by email or phone — every ambiguity costs another loop of follow-up questions and waiting.
The specification lives in spreadsheets and in the heads of a few experts — expert knowledge becomes the bottleneck for every quote.
Whether a combination is technically feasible often only becomes clear late — in the worst case after the order is placed.
Days or weeks pass before the quote is ready — and the customer’s interest cools down in the meantime.
The new way
Prospects and sales teams configure guided in the browser — around the clock, without prior knowledge, in their language.
The expert knowledge lives in the rule set: built-in feasibility checking only allows technically valid combinations.
Price, bill of materials and compliance are produced together with the configuration — every selection is reliably calculated on the spot.
The professional quote is ready in minutes — while interest is at its peak. Approvals and handovers stay documented.
Your savings potential
A small configurator of our own: move the sliders — the starting values are example assumptions; you know your own numbers best.
Salary, employer costs and workplace per productive hour
For context: an hour of labour cost German employers an average of €45.00 in 2025 (Destatis). Median gross salaries per the Entgeltatlas: mechanical engineers ≈ €6,850/month, office-management clerks ≈ €3,630/month — roughly €70–85 or €40–50 per productive hour fully loaded.

With configurator
€938
per month, at ≈ 20 min per quote
Reclaimed sales time
€3,284 / month
83 % less quoting effort — 58 hours per month back in selling.
Put differently: capacity for 45 instead of 10 quotes per week — in the same time budget.
Operations & care (guide price, up to 3 seats): €490/month
Net gain ≈ €2,794 per month — the starter package (one-time €2,900) pays for itself in ≈ 5 weeks.

The ≈ 20 minutes per quote is our experience from configurators in production. Sounds optimistic? Fair — in the intro call we show step by step how that number comes about, and whether your product logic supports it. All prices are guide values and project-dependent.
What this means for your business
01
Buyers who receive a reliable quote in minutes decide more often — and less often for your competitor.
02
Days become minutes: automatic bill of materials (BOM), pricing and quote generation as PDF — straight from the configuration.
03
Feasibility checking safeguards every configuration technically with electrical and mechanical compatibility checks.
04
Exports for ordering and material planning, connection to production planning with open interfaces.
Interfaces & Operations
Every configuration is a structured data set. We hand over the bill of materials, costing and quote to your systems in these formats as standard:
Direct access to configurations, bills of materials and quote status — for your own systems and automations.
The universal route: every bill of materials, costing and quote summary as a CSV or Excel file.
Posting data as import files for your bookkeeping — DATEV-compatible for Germany, SIE4 for Sweden.
ZUGFeRD and XRechnung — ready for Germany's B2B e-invoicing mandate phasing in from 2027 — plus Peppol BIS for the Nordics.
Product and price data as a BMEcat- / ETIM xChange-capable export — for procurement systems and trade.
Structured parameter sets (JSON/XML) for PDM systems and parametric CAD models, e.g. Autodesk Inventor iLogic.
Further integrations — OCI, IDS-Connect, EDIFACT or a direct ERP connection — are delivered per project. Operations run on European servers in Frankfurt, with a data processing agreement (DPA) and GDPR-compliant data handling.
Next step
In a no-obligation 30-minute intro call — in English, German or Swedish, by video or phone — you describe your product logic, and we give an honest assessment of whether and how a configurator pays off for you.
