Three separate lines: building it, running it, and how fast we answer when something is wrong. No per-seat charge — you are billed for the product logic we maintain and the volume it carries, not for how many colleagues log in.

A product family is one product line with its own rule set — large UPS systems, diesel gensets and light towers are three families, fire trucks and Rollwagen two. Unlimited users, configurations and quotes at every band — it costs us nothing when your reps run off three or four variants during one customer call. The prospect-facing configurator is included — we do not charge you for letting customers configure.
Always included: 1–2 virtual servers, database cluster, automatic backups, continuous deployment, code repository, secure handling of environment variables and keys, and traceable transactional email.
Bands are reviewed once a year at renewal. Growing past a band never produces a surprise invoice mid-year.

First 90 days: response within 4 business hours plus 8 h of change work a month, included in the build fee. It steps down to your contracted level automatically on day 91 — the date is in the contract, so it is never a renegotiation. Extend month by month at €890.
Add-ons
Staging environment €150/month · dealer and partner accounts €190/month per 10 · change-work blocks of 10 h at €1,050 or 25 h at €2,450, valid 12 months.
High availability (HA): quoted after a needs analysis — from a duplicated server and database in one data centre to geographically distributed operation. What high availability means for a customer can involve many variables, and the price varies accordingly. We settle it together before Premium is signed.
Terms
Initial term 24 or 36 months, then rolling 12 months. 5 % off for annual prepayment on 24 months, 10 % on 36. Monthly fees are adjusted once a year in line with the consumer price index (Destatis VPI).
All prices are indicative and project-dependent, excluding VAT. Euro prices are based on an exchange rate of 1 EUR = 11.08 SEK as of 27 August 2026 (ECB).
