2. General information

We process visitors’ personal data only to the extent required to provide a functioning website and our content and services. This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies and therefore shows no cookie banner. All data is transferred encrypted via TLS (HTTPS).

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, and delivered through its global content delivery network. When you visit the website, Netlify processes technically necessary data, in particular your device’s IP address, date and time of access, pages requested, and browser and operating system information (server log files).

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; EU standard contractual clauses are additionally in place. More information: netlify.com/privacy.

Note on client projects: we operate the systems of our larger clients in European DigitalOcean data centres in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) — the data remains in the EU. We use Netlify for smaller and personal projects. For every client project, data processing is documented and contractually governed on a per-project basis.

4. Contact form

When you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the details you enter (name, email address, company and phone number where provided, and your message) exclusively to handle your enquiry and for follow-up questions. Submissions are technically received via Netlify Forms (see section 3).

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete your enquiry once it has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

5. “AI Business Intelligence” newsletter

To send you our newsletter we process your email address. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with future effect — by replying to any newsletter email or informally to tech@innomega.se.

Delivery is handled by Postmark (AC PM, LLC, an ActiveCampaign company, Chicago, USA). EU standard contractual clauses are in place with the provider; more information: postmarkapp.com/privacy-policy.

6. Web analytics with Plausible

For reach measurement we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service by Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia (EU). Plausible uses no cookies and stores no personal data; IP addresses are not stored permanently but only used to derive a daily-changing, irreversible identifier. All data is processed exclusively within the EU.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in statistically analysing website usage (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). More information: plausible.io/data-policy.

7. Your rights

As a data subject you have, in particular, the following rights:

An informal email to tech@innomega.se is sufficient to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in Sweden with the Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), imy.se, or with the supervisory authority responsible for your place of residence.

We update this privacy policy whenever the data processing on this website changes. The current version published here applies.
