SpaceDisk does not collect any personal data. The app reads the free and total capacity of your Mac’s boot disk through macOS and shows it in the menu bar. Nothing leaves your Mac: there are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no network connection of any kind. The only thing the app stores is your display preference (size, percent or both), kept in the app’s own preferences on your Mac. INNOMEGA AB receives no information from the app.
Delete the app and its preferences and nothing remains. Nothing was ever sent anywhere.
SpaceDisk is free. It is distributed through the Mac App Store, and Apple’s handling of your Apple Account is described in Apple’s privacy policy.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
