KOLL does not collect any personal data. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Everything you put into KOLL is stored on your own devices and in your own private iCloud database. INNOMEGA AB has no access to it.
The Things, To-dos, Reminders, Notes and photos you create in KOLL are stored on your device and in the private CloudKit database that belongs to your Apple Account. The app syncs this data between your iPhone and Mac through iCloud. INNOMEGA AB cannot read, access or recover it. Apple's handling of iCloud data is described in Apple's privacy policy.
Your data is shared with other people only when you explicitly invite them through iCloud sharing. The invitation and the shared data are handled by Apple's CloudKit sharing; nothing is sent to INNOMEGA AB. You can stop sharing at any time from within the app.
KOLL works without a network connection. Changes made offline are stored on the device and synced to your iCloud database when you are back online.
Siri and Shortcuts actions ("Add to KOLL", "Find a Thing"), Spotlight search of your Things and reminder notifications are all processed on your device by the operating system. They do not send your data to INNOMEGA AB.
The one-time purchase KOLL Pro is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. INNOMEGA AB never receives or stores payment or account details.
Deleting the app and its iCloud data removes everything. You can remove KOLL's data from iCloud in your device's iCloud settings.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
